I like this auto shop.

It is very hard to find hard working and honest mechanics anywhere. And I feel Napa auto pro on upper James is the one. I am truly confident visiting this shop without feeling being worried and I know they will tell me honestly what is needed for my vehicle. I had my Jaguar breaks done here within good price range and I also had my Mercedes starter motor replaced. Customer service is fantastic with great big smile and warm welcoming. I wish every auto shop is like this. This shop should be the role model. Keep up the great work guys!
