With 12 years of experience in the automotive industry, Andrew has been the driving force behind the shop since its doors opened in 2019. A certified EV trainer for NAPA, Andrew brings expertise in electric vehicle systems and programming to the business. When not leading the team, he enjoys quality time with his 2-year-old son, Mason, who inspires him every day.

Alysa grew up in the automotive industry, inspired by her father, who owned his own repair business. She has co-managed this shop with Andrew since it opened in 2019. As a certified automotive service advisor trainer and customer experience trainer, Alysa is committed to excellence in every client interaction. Outside the shop, she loves riding horses and cherishing moments with her 2-year-old son, Mason.

With an incredible 30 years of experience dedicated to the family business, Jeff is the backbone of the shop. As an expert in automotive electrical systems, diagnostics, and pinpointing vehicle noises, Jeff brings unparalleled technical knowledge to every repair. His certifications include Level 5 EV Certification through NexDrive, along with advanced training with BMW, Mercedes, Land Rover, Range Rover, Jaguar, and other European vehicles. Jeff is also a mentor to apprentices, passing down his expertise to the next generation of technicians. When not at work, he enjoys time with his family, summers at his trailer, and the companionship of Parker the Pug, the shop dog who joins him daily. Jeff’s motto, “Prove it!” ensures that every repair is completed to perfection.

With 10 years of industry experience, including 5 years as a licensed technician, David brings expertise in automotive diagnostics and electrical work. Factory trained with Dodge, Jeep, Ram, and Ford, he combines specialized knowledge with a commitment to quality, ensuring every repair is completed to perfection.

When he’s not in the shop, David enjoys playing video games and working on his Nissan 350Z

Jacob joined the team in 2022, bringing valuable experience from the heavy-duty truck industry. As a motivated Service Advisor, he has completed Level 1 service advisor training and is committed to providing excellent service. Outside of work, Jacob plays basketball locally in Hamilton, cheers passionately for the Maple Leafs, and enjoys spending time with his 4-year-old daughter.

With 10 years of industry experience, including 5 years as a licensed technician, Mycah brings specialized expertise to the team. He has extensive hands-on knowledge of Subaru vehicles and is factory trained with Audi and Volkswagen.

Known for his efficiency and meticulous attention to detail, Mycah ensures that every job is completed with precision and professionalism.

Sierra has over four years of experience in the automotive industry, including more than two years as a vital part of this shop. As a customer experience expert, she has completed advanced service advisor training courses (Levels 1 and 2) and specialized customer experience training. Sierra is passionate about creating seamless, enjoyable experiences for every client.

With 20 years of experience, Steve is a highly skilled Automotive Service Technician with extensive knowledge of mechanical repairs and a strong focus on European vehicles. His attention to detail and efficiency set him apart, and he takes pride in maintaining a clean, organized, and functional shop environment.

Outside of work, Steve enjoys quality time with his family and exploring Facebook Marketplace for his next unique vehicle project.
