The team has been so kind and helpful on both occasions I’ve brought in my Rivian. They were able to assist me with my electric car when many other places couldn’t provide any support. Brought our old pick up truck in for some alignment issues. Jacob quickly got back to me with a few different options, allowing some price flexibility by choosing to delay some of the less critical issues. The technician took the time to explain in detail what the issues were and sent pics/video via text. Had truck back same day. Shuttle service was quick and easy.

I went to NAPA about a month ago with my father’s electric scooter to get his tires replaced. I had tried many different specialty mobile stores just to get the run around for over a month. I called NAPA with my dilemma and they told me to come right in without hesitation. They do not specialize in mobile scooters but took the challenge on and worked until the job was done. I couldn’t thank them enough for being the only company to take the time to help me and my father who depends on his scooter to get around. After everything, they told me it was free of charge. I will recommend this company to everyone I know. Thank you again NAPA!

Once again I am overwhelmed with the excellent service and treatment received at Auto Pro courtesy ride back and forth was exceptional.
