Amazing customer service is where I would like to start with my review. From the moment I walked into Napa I was greeted at the front desk by Sierra and asked what my concerns with my vehicle were to the timely manner they were able to start the work and completion was very professional. I also had conversations with Andrew and James who were also very knowledgeable and courteous. I highly recommend anyone looking for amazing customer service followed by quality work and fair pricing to visit Napa. Tks so much Andrew, Sierra, James.

NAPA AUTO PRO is dedicated to making their clients happy and ensuring they return for future business. They excel in repairing and fixing vehicles, even antique ones that are over 20 years old. NAPA was able to provide a rare part for the back of my SUV when other companies couldn’t. They never say no to a challenge and always find solutions with a smile. The team members like Sierra, Andrew, and Jacob are always willing to serve customers. The technicians behind the scenes also deserve credit for their work. They offer Uber rides for customers who need transportation home and back when picking up their vehicles. Good service by very good people.

The folks at NAPA Autopros have given me excellent service for years. I trust them implicitly to proactively find problems with my vehicle, instruct me on their importance and repair them in a timely fashion. The office staff greet me by name and empower me to make good decisions. For a senior woman, this kind of service is priceless!

This place is one of the best places you can take your vehicle to get looked at in the region. They look at all types of cars but they always have some euros/exotics in there as their techs have been properly trained. They have so much knowledge and experience & always made me feel at ease with trusting them with my vehicle(s), I did move away from the region and still fantasize about dropping thousands of dollars to repair my classic Bmw. Specialist Jeff is one of the best in the business & the only 1 i would trust to perform the big jobs on euros. Special thanks to Andrew & Sierra as they always were fair, responsive and excellent at communicating.

The team has been so kind and helpful on both occasions I’ve brought in my Rivian. They were able to assist me with my electric car when many other places couldn’t provide any support.
