Had a pleasure of dealing with the staff, mechanic and owner at Upper James Autopro. The owner, Andrew Ackers, has character beyond his years and is very passionate about the work/product he provides, his business, his clients and his staff! Simply put, and from the owner right down to their apprentice as well as their front desk office staff, they all operate with the same mentality and shared vision that is client-centric and client-focused oriented! I am from Brampton but willing to travel to Hamilton just so that Upper James Autopro (and my personal mechanic, Mark Medel), can service both of our vehicles. Their level of commitment to service excellence, establishing trust as well as building rapport and integrity with all their customers is one of the main reasons why this is our preferred service provider for the longevity of our vehicle care and maintenance! This was my first time going to Napa Autopro. I found them on google and messaged them for a quote. Andrew responded back within a half hour and answered all my questions. They were able to accommodate me the next morning. They had great customer service and I truly felt they were there to solve my issues at ease. They stayed in communication with me throughout the process. They sent me back with a sparkling car and a thank you treat on my seat. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is in need of a mechanic!!
