Hands down the best shop I’ve been to and I’ve unfortunately had to go through many shops. The last shop I went to claimed I needed $5600 in repairs which I was very skeptical about so I took it to NAPA AutoPro and they assured me nothing was required and provided detailed descriptions along with photos and videos. Also some of the best customer service I’ve experienced in any setting. Everyone is very friendly and knowledgeable. Location is also very nice. Will continue to bring my BMW and other vehicles to this shop.

In my past experiences in dealing with auto shops in any capacity is…just meh. You go in and expect a certain service and hope you don’t get burned. I was simply blown away from start to finish. I scheduled an appointment online. Had them confirm with me as a follow up. Text reminder day of. The shop presentation and cleanliness is top notch. The staff are super friendly, helpful, and generally look like they enjoy what they do which is rare. Honestly post covid customer service has been dog water across all industries and this was a refreshing experience. Thank you. I’ll be using NAPA Autopro going forward for my vehicle needs and I’ll be referring family and friends.
