Very Impressed with the quality of the service and the attention to detail. Alysa was extremely helpful and the mechanics did what they were supposed to do - the first time! (ikr, you shouldn’t have to comment on that part, but I have had some Oopsies at several garages, on garden-variety tasks, So ....) Clear, concise communication and Correct Work - Wow! Can’t tell you you how often the communication is an issue ... which says even more about CARE - They showed me that they CARED! Clean, spacious lounge & proactive management - I LOVE it when things actually work the way they are supposed to and You’re treated WELL while it happens. 👍😁🙏🏻 Will RECOMMEND to Family & Friends! We have been impressed with Upper James Autopro from day one. They do their best to squeeze us in when we are in a crunch and offer additional help that we need to keep the appointment. Once they begin work on our vehicle they keep us informed each step of the way. What is also impressive is that we get the evaluation electronically. We can glance at the details remotely, give our approval and then wait for the call telling us the vehicle is ready for pickup. Service is super friendly and making payment effortless. We cannot say enough about the incredible service here and will continue to bring our company vehicles and personal vehicles to this reliable shop. I've been using Upper James Autopro for the past year whenever I needed anything done with my VW Tiguan. The owners and other employees at the shop have always been very courteous, prompt, and understanding of my situation each time I've gone there. Being very particular of who I let touch my car, I must say that I won't take it to anyone but them. The quality of the work has always been top notch and they have never pushed me to get work done that hasn't been needed. And it's always a nice bonus picking up my car and having it been detailed free of charge. The pricing is always comparable to other shops, and more often than not it's even better. So if you are looking for a shop that you can trust to take care of your car then i'd honestly give them a shot.

Andrew and Alysa run a very professional auto service shop! I drove a fair distance on a recommendation that this young couple were a bright light on an business where the customer can often feel taken advantage of. No worries, Alysa on the desk knows cars and works like oil with her partner Andrew, the head mechanic. I had some concern about my breaks on my newer Honda CRV. Assured that they still had a lot of life a simple cleaning was all that was needed. Oil and a tire switch were quick and reasonably priced. Great work, at fair prices and leaving not feeling I was oversold work I didn’t need. That’s really what it’s all about! Think they are into this business to build long term customers, not ripping us off one at a time. I’m going back!

Just wanted to share the truth in a below review from an Anis character. On July 17th I sold a very high KM BMW to him. Before the sale, Anis viewed the car, liked it and agreed to put a small deposit on the car which I agreed to with conditions that were met on the day he got the car. From the point that the deposit was made on the car to the point where he viewed it again before handing over cash and collecting the car was an absolute nightmare as well. Price was dropped drastically because Anis felt buying a high performance BMW would require work and every other excuse in the book. Because I was getting a new car, I decided to work with him and sold the car at a very discounted price. Few days after the sale where cash and a bill of sale was made. He brought the car to Upper James Autopro. Let me just say that I was actually impressed how great the inspection was, front a dent in the fender to oil stress in tight spots underneath the car. Upper James Autopro has a great system where they go through the car and make recommendations and prove why they make those recommendations. I later heard from Anis saying he would like to reverse the sale for the car that was privately sold (may I also add he didn't have a pre purchase inspection). Because he was very tough to deal with before the sale I told him that I would not like to hear from him further and would block his #. For an unknown reason, Anis contacted the shop that the safety and demanded high performance parts. Myself, the shop that did the safety and Upper James Autopro were willing to work with the safety concern that he had at free of charge but not give him performance upgrade parts. Countless times Anis was told from both shops that they would work with him. His response to everything was a quote for 6K of performance parts that had nothing to do with a safety factor on the car. The harrassment on the shop that did the safety got so bad that I contacted police and opened a report. Over a month later I had to read the false, and unpleasant review that was written here. From my point of view (I have worked in the auto industry for years), Upper James Auto Pro would be a great shop to have a car serviced. They are fast to pick up the phone, informative and very pleasant. I will be bringing my BMW M3 in for service in the future for sure. Thank you Andrew for the professionalism while your customer had lied and then tried to take advantage of you as well.

I was able to get an appointment with NAPA Autopro quickly, within two days. The staff were very courteous and professional. The mechanic did the required work to my vehicle and washed the car before returning it to me. I would recommend this shop!
