After getting a puncture and ending up a near by car park, I was stranded and didn’t know what to do was I’ve only been in the country 1 week and the car was new to me. I also had my wife and children, including a 5 week old. After running round and coming across Napa, Jeff came to the rescue, not only coming to change the tire but showing my children how to do it and of course myself!
