I haven’t yet had them repair my car they are still waiting for the parts to be delivered but they are the most understanding genuinely go out of their way type of business to make you feel comfortable as a clientele even before they begin to work on my car they have jumped through hoops for me to get me a loaner car.. If this is the customer service that they give before they even work on your car I could just imagine the remarkable job they’re going to do on my car

The receptionist was very nice and helpful during my interaction with her. She was providing me with updates during the work which was great as well. They also offer shuttle service which is very handy. I would have given it 5 stars however when I went to take off my wheels they were torqued way over spec. (80ft-lb). And an impact wrench wouldn't even take them off. Cars have torque specifications for a reason and I would prefer if they were torqued according to the specified specifications.

They tell me what needs to be taken care of urgently and what can wait. They provided me with a quote for a service that I need done in the future, so that I can budget and save for the expense. They are honest and considerate. And I think those are important qualities to have in their line of work. 10/10! Highly recommend!

Great service!!

All work was done well and on budget. They communicate well and have a good system for showing inspection findings and what work needs to be done. Happy to build a relationship with them as it can be difficult to find a shop that checks all your boxes for quality, service and cost. Been back for a couple unrelated issues and each time happy with the service and their team is attentive and helpful.

One of the greatest places ever the service is very good five starts if I can give than 5 stars I would the employees very respectful and professional they welcomed me in a wonderful way they even made me a report about my car what it needs and I can view it online.thanks 🙏

I have owned multiple vehicles, this is one of the best garages I have ever dealt with in my over 30 years living experience in Hamilton. Three thumbs up. One is for its professional, one is for its honesty, and the third one is for its reasonable service charge. NAPA autopro will be my personal garage as long as I live in Hamilton.
