Tonight I had a wonderful experience! My friend Alain and I had car troubles and needed to be towed to a dealership but first we stopped into Upper James AutoPro. The owners were super friendly, professional and over the top helpful! Their shop was supposed to close at 5:30 p.m. but when we called CAA they said that they couldn’t tow a vehicle from a shop that is closed. Well, guess what Alysa and Andrew did??? They continued to do their paperwork and left the open sign on for over 2 additional hours while they patiently waited. Wow!!!! I know where our first call will be the next time that repair work on our vehicles is needed. The call will be “auto”matic! They are awesome and so appreciated!!!

I was a first time customer and felt welcome in their business. I had an idea of what was wrong with my vehicle and they have an online appointment booking service so I got my car in on my schedule. They were great. They did an inspection and they send you a comprehensive report explaining issues and rating them on importance. I found that very helpful. Now that I am a customer with Napa, and I feel like family, I will definitely bring my vehicle back for service again. Thank you Upper James Napa.
