I was a first time customer and felt welcome in their business. I had an idea of what was wrong with my vehicle and they have an online appointment booking service so I got my car in on my schedule. They were great. They did an inspection and they send you a comprehensive report explaining issues and rating them on importance. I found that very helpful. Now that I am a customer with Napa, and I feel like family, I will definitely bring my vehicle back for service again. Thank you Upper James Napa.

Amazing service! Alyssa is the absolute best and extremely kind and professional. As someone with little to no experience related to cars or anything auto, I was worried about price gouging for services that I may or may not need.
