I don't often rush to write positive reviews, but man am I impressed with this shop. No, I am impressed with this business. Its like a cross between going to a friends house (warm, inviting, easy atmosphere) and visiting a business from the '50s (super customer oriented, value based, extra mile, etc). I was blown away. For real. Every single mechanic is friendly and warm, whether they are working directly with you or not. The owner is just one of the workers there too. Just such a super down to earth business. For sure the best shop in Hamilton. For sure. For reference, I found myself here after Costco in Ancaster broke my wheel stud. Rather, they left it for me to break after they overdrove it. Now in fairness to them, I did schedule my install and balance at 730 am on a Monday, but salt in the wound is that they blamed me for it. Then when they couldn't get it off, they just shoved my tires in the backseat and couldn't find a time to put them on. So I stop in to NAPA Autopro here and they listened to my whole story (which was much angrier at the time - at Ancaster Costco, cause they wrecked my wheel stud; don't forget that part). Then they find a way to rush me in, and I got an appointment in 3 days. 3 DAYS! Then get this; after hours drop off for keys, text service, after hours key pick up. I read there vehicle pick up and drop off. The service here is next level. I can't think of another business that does this much for their clients. When I went to pick up my car after the install and balance, they even put shine on the tires. Talk about the extra that goes a long way.... Way better than picking up a broken wheel stud... In short, thank you guys so much. You turned a snow tire nightmare into a super positive experience. P.S. Costco in Ancaster wrecked my wheel stud and blamed me, so they suck and no one should trust them to do anything. I really feel like I can't exaggerate how much I resent Costco in Ancaster. Buy tires there, get them installed literally anywhere else.... But if you do, I can't recommend NAPA autopro on Upper James enough.
