Ive brought my truck here for multiple things, all the way from getting a safety inspection when I purchased it. To routine maintenance/repairs, over the last couple years and thankfully I have found them. They resolve them in a timely manner and they provide Top notch service! We started bringing our family vehicle(s) here at the beginning of the pandemic so that we were supporting a small business. We have a variety of vehicles, both high end/mid range and with each one that we have brought in for various issues, Alysa and Andrew have continually provided the same top notch knowledge and services. I recently had a very expensive repair on my Range Rover and it was handled first class from start to finish. When I got my Range Rover back it felt like I was stepping into a brand new vehicle given how my vehicle performed when I drove it off their lot. Needless to say, we are now "lifers" when it comes to having UpperJamesNapaAutoPro service our vehicles.

These guys are really helpful and very friendly. They advice you on stuff that needs to be taken care of with your car and the ones that could wait. I'm new to Canada and I found them to be very honest and clear in how they run their business. Special thanks to Sierra who was more than glad to answer tons of my questions!
